CBM- Student Advisory Council The Student Advisory Council acts as a liaison between the student body, the faculty and the clubs within the CBT to help enrich the academic environment.

The Student Advisory Council acts as a liaison between the student body and the faculty within the CBT to help enrich the academic environment. We strive to unify the CBT clubs to encourage active participation and promote quality leadership skills. The purpose of the CBT-Student Advisory Council shall be:

- To act as a liaison between the students, faculty, and staff within the College of Busine

ss and Technology;

- To encourage professional relationships with other student organizations within the College of Business and Management;

- To foster a strong sense of community within the CBT;

- To promote student involvement with the various student organizations within the CBT;

- To act as an unified body of knowledge for student organizations within the CBT;

- To expand and diversify the knowledge of young business professionals;

- To encourage and uphold sound, honest practices, and to keep marketing operations on a high ethical plane;

- To promote friendly relations between students, faculty, and business people;

- To create opportunities professional development through student organized events;

- To provide networking opportunities with working professionals within the various sectors of business;

- To foster scientific study and research in within various sectors of the business field;

- To develop better public understanding and appreciation of the business world.
