At North Park Theological Seminary, we see seasons of transition as invitations, opportunities to reimagine what’s possible for the church.
We’re grateful to be partnering with Council Tree during a time of transition. What could have been a quiet season has become a space for shared imagination, as NTS faculty step in through guest preaching and lifelong learning workshops.

This collaboration reflects something we deeply value at NPTS: the meaningful connection between theological education and the lived experience of the local church. Together, we’re exploring how insight, formation, and community can together nurture deeper faith and renewed vision.

The Certificate in Spiritual Direction through the C. John Weborg Center for Spiritual Direction is a cohort-based program designed to equip individuals to offer spiritual guidance grounded in the Protestant tradition. We train in the practices of holy listening, spiritual discernment, and prayer.

2025 marks 90 years of the Covenant Archives, and we’ve been celebrating all year long with virtual lunchtime conversations exploring how archival research continues to shape the mission and ministries of the ECC today.
Join our final session May 13, where Curtis Ivanoff and Charley Peterson will share how archival research supports interpretation of Covenant history in Alaska, including the first Covenant missionary to Alaska, Axel Karlsson, and the leadership of Alaska native Covenant leaders.
