You made it midweek! Way to go!

How are you feeling? How are you unwinding tonight?

Do you have a place and routine to "take the day off?"

If so, great!

If you need a space to unwind and a couple of routine tips, borrow the space in these photos and the ideas below.

Save this post and come back to this little outdoor city space in the sky. It's just yours to enjoy in your minds eye. Breathe in. Breathe out. Close your eyes. Feel the breeze, hear the whir of the street below. Rest here for a spell.

Some evening routine ideas:
- try a cup of calming decaf tea with honey

- treat yourself to some gel eye patches - put them in the fridge for an enhanced experience and enjoy the chill!

- set the tone to relax with essential oils - Vetiver is such a good one to get into a relaxed state!

And, if you need to create a peaceful space in your home for you to have a physical retreat that's your very own, we can help.

Click the link in our bio to book your first call that will lead to tranquil nights tucked up in a space you've been dreaming of. You dream it, we'll make it your reality.

Another moving tip and honestly it’s also just 100% life hack we all need to know we need BEFORE we need it bc that’s scramble and panic territory, y’all. 😉

You don’t wanna scramble or panic trust me!😉🙌🏻

Part 2 of Moving Tip 2: packing the pantry

Also: IG & FB Reels feel increasingly complicated to navigate when creating AND cut off at 3 minutes - both are annoying.

Social media, not my first love. Organizing and wardrobe styling are, I’ll stay over there in my lane 👀🙈

Follow here for more dry humor and organizing hacks🤗

Happy Friday 😆🥂

Moving Tip 2: PART ONE Packing up the Pantry

First… do yourself a favor and PURGE. IT. ALL.

WHY? You won’t carry expired, expiring sooner than your move date or mostly empty containers, for starters.

Second, after you’ve edited down what needs to be packed, and really this could go for any space, video and photo record the items in the space. This will help you map things back out into the new space - ex: you had spices your use more often on “rack 1” etc…

And plan the new pantry space ahead, either on paper or using a space planning app. Bonus if you have photos and measurements of the new pantry space.

And if you’re like me and live in a small footprint city dwelling literally think outside the box! We took the pre-fabricated coat closet just off our kitchen and installed shelving to make it a dedicated pantry space. Don’t be afraid to repurpose a space to fit your lifestyle or life seasons!

Now tell me, what’s your favorite spice or kitchen gadget? 👀😊

Moving tips part 1

Have a post-move kit and checklist ready!

We get so bogged into the bigger moving picture we often forget the things we will need immediately, before our moving truck of stuff even arrives!

Yes you could purchase these things once you land in your new location but honestly this just adds to the mental load that is already quite full by this point so my pro tip is to think and plan ahead for this one!

Also having a checklist of items that will go in your move-in kit is a good thing to have on hand as you compile the items.

If you want a list, just DM me or comment LIST and I’ll send you mine!

Testimonial Tuesday:
The General Manager of this Chicago hotspot came in and said “This has to be the best looking ladies’ room in the city now!”

Recently elevated the aesthetic of the ladies’ room amenities and containers inside an iconic Chicago hotspot.

We used clear luxe acrylic containers designed to stack and use that always-overlooked vertical space. IYKYK

Clear vertical storage allows patrons to see all available amenities.

Stackable storage allows for cleaner counter space and making any seasonal shifts in this client’s amenity offerings.

Moving season is in full swing! Have questions on how to make a move as easy as possible! Just ask, here to help you!

Slide into my DMs, comment on this post, or see the questions box on stories! Or reach out via the link in Bio.

Would love to help your move go smoother! It’s so stressful especially in the city! So ask away!

Over the next few days I’m going to be offering tips on how to prep for a move, and how NOT to prep for a move!

And remember to take deep breaths and breaks during the whole process. It’s good for your body and your mind 🙌🏻😊

Let’s get moving!!!
