IIT Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps Representing the NROTC Program at Illinois Tech and UIC on the South Side of Chicago

Do you think you have what it takes to earn a commission in the U.S. If so, the IIT NROTC until has what you are looking for. The unit provides physical training, mentorship, leadership skills, and academic instruction to those looking to meet the challenge. The NROTC provides full scholarships to those who are eligible. The four-year NROTC scholarship covers the full cost of tuition at Illinois I

nstitute of Technology or the University of Illinois at Chicago. For IIT students, the university provides free room and board to all NROTC scholarship students. Other options exist in the form of 2 year scholarships and financial aid.

This summer MIDN 1/C Rybarczyk successfully completed and graduated Officer Candidate School (OCS). Upon completion she has earned the title of United States Marine. She will finish out her final year with the Battalion, and will commission as a 2nd Lieutenant.
