This is a sad example of the water crisis that is emerging with climate change. Although my research is focused on water scarcity and pollution in coastal and island regions that have traditionally struggle with water supply, its important to keep in mind that landlocked cities such as Mexico City are prone to the same problems, which are getting worse. .

Hello Sustainability Students. Those of you who took SUS 370 Standards and Certifications are encouraged to pursue the L.E.E.D. Green Associate (GA) certification to enhance your credentials in the marketplace (the rest of you will be taking this course soon and may be interested in having this information as well). Although we spent several class sessions going over L.E.E.D. basics, additional preparation will be needed to pass this very challenging exam. You will find several sources for exam preparation and practice exams that are offered online or in a classroom setting. The online webinars are generally less expensive. Here are two online sources which I have used that should be able to meet most of your needs:
