OYE: PR was designed to empower the Puerto Rican community by generating awareness of the political, social, historical, and cultural elements of Puerto Rico. The organization also works to support and build relationships amongst other organizations within the Latino community as a means to establish unity throughout the Latin-American trajectory. OYE: PR accomplishes its goals by networking, impl

ementing an array of opportunities for community service, and hosting events geared towards its mission of cultural awareness and empowerment.

Our organization is sponsored by and located at DePaul University. If traveling by train, please use the Purple, Brown, or Red lines and exit at the Fullerton stop. If traveling by bus, please use the #74. Fullerton route and exit on Sheffield.

General information

Our organization meets biweekly (on Wednesdays) in DePaul University's Student Center (Room 312) from 7PM - 8PM. New members are ALWAYS welcome! (No, you do not have to be Puerto Rican to join our organization. We <3 Diversity!)
