Meet Vivian Morales “I” AKA Zinnia
Year: Senior
Major and what she wants to do: My major is Criminology, Law, and Justice with a minor in Psychology. I want to work in the justice system/courts to help and advocate for victims. As well as eventually getting my master's and attending law school.
Fun Fact: I do my own nails to save money 😝
Current obsession: Buying books and taking forever to read them, and going to TJ Maxx/Marshall’s every weekend.

Meet Gabriella Henao “E” AKA Nova
Year: Sophomore
Major and what she wants to do: I’m majoring in Urban Education to become an elementary school teacher. I’d also love to pursue a career in counseling or advising, where I can support students both academically and personally. Later on, I hope to open my own daycare!
Fun Fact: I can fall asleep anywhere

Why LTA?
“I’ve always wanted to be part of something bigger than myself. I love being in community and getting involved, but I never really saw myself in a sorority until my first semester at UIC, when I came across an LTA table. From that first interaction, everyone was so welcoming, kind, and genuine. Sisters continued to reach out and show a real interest in getting to know me. I also loved the opportunity to build connections and network with powerful, inspiring Latina women, which made me realize LTA was where I wanted to be.”
