In celebration of the Warner Bros Film Blinded By The Light Movie that’s hitting the cinemas this August 16th, we are having an Art Contest where we will be showcasing local student artwork. The contest is open to all UIC students. 🎭
Submit your art, poetry, music, photography or any other type of artwork along with a short intro about yourself and why you like to express yourself through art. We will feature all your artworks on our IG and the top three contestants will get exclusive Blinded by the Light promotion items like t-shirts, bandannas, speakers and more. Ps. The film revolves around the story of a British Pakistani teen who writes poetry to escape the racial discrimination and the intolerances of his hometown. Make sure to head over to your nearest cinemas this August 16th and watch 💥
