Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Chico State OLLI at Chico State is a lifelong learning community of more than 800 members, aged 50 and better. Spouses of members may be of any age.

Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at CSU, Chico is a peer-led organization that offers a wide variety of non-credit classes and activities for adults, age 50 and better. OLLI provides you with the opportunity to stimulate your brain and meet many talented and interesting people. For over 35 years, lifelong learners have joined together at CSU, Chico to enjoy a wide range of intellectual, cu

ltural, social, and recreational activities. Our more than 1,000 members have the opportunity to join in any of our more than 110 peer-led courses each fall, spring, and summer on a wide-variety of subjects, in seminar series, and in seasonal social events. It is a unique way for you to explore new topics, discuss current events, and network with community members.

Spring is showing its colors and the weather is getting warmer, which means it's time for the OLLI Spring Class Preview! Join us on MArch 26 at 10:30am to meet new instructors, learn about new classes, and plan your schedule. Our dedicated volunteer instructors are preparing engaging classes on everything from table tennis to the French resistance; beer styles and histories to restoring California's rivers; and OLLI classics on poetry, acrylic painting, hiking, knitting, French and Spanish, Tai Chi and garden gourmands. There is something for everyone, whether you like to learn in the classroom, outside, and/or online.

Unleash your creativity and explore a variety of art classes this fall through OLLI at Chico State. Whether you're new to painting or drawing or it's a favorite hobby, our instructors help you with technique, provide inspiration, and let you have FUN with art.
🎨 In-person classes include: Acrylic Painting, Collage x 7, Creating a Desk Calendar, Creation Zone, and Watercolor for Beginners
🖌 Online classes include: Create Your Own Unique Cartoon Characters, Intro to Drawing and Painting on the iPad, Intro to One-Point and Two-Point Perspective Drawing, and Learn to Draw in a Less Than Perfect Way

Registration opens August 21 and classes have different start dates during the fall. Browse our catalog (link below) for complete details. And join us for OLLI's in-person Fall Class Preview on Thursday, August 14 at 10:30a.m. at Chico Masonic Family Center.
