We have giant sequoias and Deodara cedars for $8 each. We grew a ton of these to grow them up into larger specimens, but in the meantime, you can snag some for standalone accent trees or to make a living evergreen privacy fence. See you at the Harvest Festival! See attached pictures and flyer for Saturday's event.

We propagated our New Mexico sunflower from campus and will have young plants available at the harvest festival! This is how amazing our parent plant looks. It comes back each year and was planted by our Plant Biology students more than 10 years ago.

We started growing Mums during the summer class for you. The fall is the time to plant these hardy beauties, and they come back each year and last a long time! We have 4 different colors to choose from. They are all just now going into bloom, so you will have the beauty! 6" pots for $6

Students also grew Dianthus, Pansy, Viola, Ornamental Kale, and Snapdragons in 6-packs. These will grow nicely in the fall and give you a huge blooming head start in spring! Trust us, this is what we do in our flower beds. 6packs-$4

If you're not familiar with the event, go to and check the details pinned at the top. Follow us for more details.

Students calculated a special nutrient mix for our fall flowers. This picture was taken just after the transplant in early September. We grew these completely outside this year, so there will be no transplant shock. They are already tough as nails!

There are some decent pumpkins in the field. This one escaped major hail damage, wildlife, flash floods, wildfires, and blister beetles to turn into a real pumpkin! We have about 800 more for you to check out on Saturday. Some that didn't escape the plague are scarier than this one!
