Heat, cold, and everything in between 🔥❄️ Our 1st year OTD students put Physical Agent Modalities (PAMs) into practice during lab—working together, trying out techniques on each other, and turning classroom concepts into real clinical skills.

🎓 Capstone Highlight: Sarah Hartig
She developed oral stimulation guidelines and training to support feeding in premature infants 💛 Her work improved provider confidence, standardized care, and aimed to enhance feeding outcomes and reduce length of stay for the tiniest patients 🙌

🎓 Capstone Highlight: Taylor Staugler
Provided hands-on coaching in the Motor Lab to support staff in addressing student sensory needs and improving participation 👏
Outcomes included 100% staff confidence, fidelity improvement from 25% to 100%, and a 22–30% increase in student engagement.
