Meet Grace Gehner, our next student co-op of the week!🎉

A Finance and Marketing major and Lindner Business Honors student, Grace gained valuable consulting experience during two rotations as an Analyst at AMEND Consulting.

During her time with AMEND, Grace supported two ERP implementations, independently managing change management workstreams and key project deliverables. She also contributed to the firm’s marketing rebrand and partnered with AMEND’s president on an internal real estate initiative focused on improving organization and supporting executive decision-making.

Grace will be featured at the upcoming games:
🏈 September 12: Nippert Stadium — Football
🏐 September 15: Fifth Third Arena — Volleyball

Fashion studies minor with major real-world learning! Meet Paige Ficke, an international business student with eyes on making waves in the fashion world.

Before the fall semester even kicked off, Paige traveled across the pond with the University of Cincinnati College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning, to explore all that London has to offer.

From meeting with designers to soaking in iconic London cultural touchstones like the changing of the guards at Buckingham Palace, the experience was an impactful one for Paige as she dives into her new minor.

Meet Thomas Dwyer, an Operations Management & International Business major, kicking off our athletic season!

During his co-op with GE Aerospace, Tommy worked in Supply Chain Operations, where he helped manage significant contingent liability spend, developed a Copilot Contract Analysis tool, and contributed to tracking 3,000+ active contracts.

A new chapter for the UC Real Estate Center. 🏙️

The UC Real Estate Center has named Sean McGrory its new executive director, bringing decades of experience to the role.

A longtime center partner and former member of its Board of Executive Advisors in Real Estate, McGrory has worked alongside real estate industry leaders throughout his career.

Now, he’ll put those relationships to work strengthening the center’s connections with students and expanding engagement across the local, regional and national real estate community.

“Sean’s collaborative approach to leadership, deep commitment to the Cincinnati community and unwavering drive for excellence make him uniquely positioned to advance the center,” said Lindner dean Marianne Lewis, PhD.
