Our final of the Fall semester goes to Brother Diego Morales -2496-!

Diego rushed Fall ‘19 and graduated with a degree in Finance and Real Estate with a minor in Business Law. He is originally from Cleveland, OH and has been heavily involved on campus!

Within Beta, Diego has served on every committee and has served as the Marketing Chair the last 2 years, along with helping start Beta Nu’s Mental Health Initiative (Wooglin’s Warriors). Outside of Beta, he has held multiple executive positions, such as VP of Diversity and Engagement for the Interfraternity Council, VP of Operations for the Investment Club, and Vice President of the League of United Latino American Citizens for the Cincinnati chapter. Diego has also served as a Peer Career Coach, and has also been involved in Business Fellows, Neo Consulting, the Johnson Investment Council Student-Managed Fund, UC Real Estate Association, and the Lindner Student Inclusion Advisory Committee.

Diego’s favorite Beta Nu memory:
“Serving as Beta Nu’s Marketing Chair the last 2 years. Capturing all the amazing memories we’ve made and showcasing all the great things our guys do has given me a lot of pride in being in Beta. Seeing how our guys are making an impact with others and seeing how involved they are on campus pushed me to do more, and I’m very grateful for that. My main goal in this position was to show everyone outside of Beta how great our chapter is, and to also keep alumni and parents updated on all the amazing things our brothers do. It’s been an absolute pleasure serving as Beta Nu’s Marketing Chair the last 2 years!”

After graduation, Diego will be moving to New York City in July, where he will start full-time as an Investment Banking Analyst for Stifel! Congrats Diego!

Favorite Beta Nu memory: “One of my favorite Beta memories comes from way back when I was a PNM. I was hanging out at the house trying to meet the guys, but I couldn’t find anyone! After I pretty much gave up to go back home, I walked out the back door and saw that everyone was hanging out at the fire pit or on the basketball court. It was a great time, we all talked and learned more about one another. That was the first time I really saw what Beta was about, how everyone was/is truly a brother, and how deeply we care for one another. It was a great time getting to know everyone, and I left with a smile on my face, new friends, and feeling confident that Beta was the right choice!”

After graduation, Josh will be getting married to his Fiancé, Michelle, in May 2023 and will be in Cincinnati until August, after which he and Michelle will move to Seville, Spain, where he will be working as a Missionary Resident at a church!

Congratulations Josh!
