International Leadership Collaboration The International Leadership Collaboration is an organization aimed at connecting students across the world.

The organization will provide services to promote quality organizational development. The organization will contact various educational institutions across the sea to provide opportunities for native student groups to participate in the ILC movement. This movement will entitle an international student group to organize a service project that both the parties, UC and international students, will co

ntribute to. This format places responsibility on both the parties, thus providing an ideal environment for international students & UC students to obtain significant leadership experience at a young age.
