Meet Kevin Gant, a sophomore from Jonestown, MS, with aspirations of becoming an entrepreneur and barber.

When Kevin came to Coahoma, he stated that he didn’t have a clear plan. Today, he’s grateful for the experiences and opportunities that have given him direction and a vision for his future.

| Please join us in welcoming Michael Gary to the Coahoma Community College family!🐯

We’re excited to welcome Michael Gary, Director of Financial Services, to CCC. Michael brings his experience, dedication, and commitment to helping support the financial operations of the college and serving our students and campus community.

Michael T. Gary serves as Director of Financial Services at Coahoma Community College, bringing more than 15 years of financial aid experience in higher education, including roles at a private, for-profit institution and the University of Mississippi. Prior to joining Coahoma, he spent more than 12 years with the University of Mississippi, including the past 10 years serving at its regional campuses, UM DeSoto and UM Grenada.

His professional expertise includes student accounts, financial literacy, compliance, student services, and cross-departmental collaboration. Gary looks forward to applying his experience to support student success, institutional progress, and continued growth at Coahoma Community College. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Mississippi Valley State University and an A.A.S. in Electronics Technology from Mississippi Delta Community College.

| Today, we officially revealed the newly renovated Marion M. Reid Gymnasium!

A space filled with history, memories, Tiger pride, and now a brand new chapter. We are so excited to welcome our students, athletes, alumni, faculty, staff, and the entire Coahoma family back to Reid Gym!

Thank you to everyone who helped bring this vision to life. Today was just the beginning, and we can’t wait to see all the memories made inside these doors. 🐯🔥
