Grab a glass of something summery! Try this spritzer made with cucumbers, mint, lime juice, a little vinegar, and seltzer. below.

Cucumber Lime
Spritzer (Makes 8 1-cup servings)
2 C cucumber, diced
1/2 C seasoned rice wine vinegar
1/3 C sugar
1/4 C fresh mint leaves chopped
1 T fresh lime juice
6 C seltzer or sparkling water
Garnish: Cucumber slices and mint leaves



-Place first 5
ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

-Fill glasses with ice,
add 1/4 C cucumber puree and 3/4 C seltzer to each.

-Garnish with
slices and leaves and in style!

Today, on World Bee Day, we celebrate not just the numerous bee species that keep our food system buzzing, but all the pollinators that play a vital role in giving us the foods we enjoy.
