From Arkansas to Costa Rica, University of the Ozarks alumnus Hidenobu "Hide" Kameya ’13 is turning his passion for food, culture and entrepreneurship into a thriving career.
As a sommelier, culinary experience creator, educator and international barbecue judge, Hide is building connections across cultures through hospitality and human connection. Along the way, he's drawing on lessons learned as a Walton Scholar and Ozarks student to create opportunities for others and give back to the global Walton alumni network.
