If you’re sitting back with soda, watching the Lane Kiffin saga …

Grab some blue cheese and popcorn 😊

Pop the corn: Pop one large bowl of plain popcorn using your preferred method (stovetop, air popper, or plain microwave bag).

Make the sauce: Melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter with 2 ounces of blue cheese crumbles in a small saucepan over low heat until the cheese softens and blends. Add a dash of hot sauce if you want a buffalo-style kick.Toss and serve:

Pour the warm cheese mixture immediately over the hot popcorn, tossing gently until well coated.

Enjoy with bacon bits and fresh herbs.
