Whiting Business College Located on the corner of Hubbell and Benes. Featuring a decorative cornice, this building was the original site of the Whiting Business College.

Offering an extensive business curricula leading to a Certificate, Diploma, Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree in a variety of disciplines, Whiting Business College was a Proprietary four year college. After experiencing financial difficulties in the mid 70's, the College was forced to close its doors on October 29, 1974. School Records and Transcripts were moved to the Ohio State Board of Career
