Lee University’s School of Music serves well over 300 music majors in undergraduate and graduate programs, as well as 700 students involved weekly in some aspect of music performance. Ensemble opportunities abound, with 7 instrumental ensembles and 8 vocal ensembles, providing diversity in style, including jazz, opera, choral and orchestral masterworks, world music, contemporary worship, urban gospel, and musical theater.

Please welcome Dr. Rhea Marshall, Assistant Professor of Music and Worship!

Rhea is a graduate of Liberty University where she earned a PhD in Christian Worship. Her MM and BM degrees are in Church Music from Lee University. Rhea has been teaching part time in the School of Music for several years, including directing the Lee University Campus Choir. She will now serve as the area coordinator for the BM in Music and Worship and continue to direct the Campus Choir. Prior to teaching at Lee, she has had a long and effective career in music ministry serving in four different congregations as worship leader.
