The Center is located in Tomlinson Hall, Room 143 and is typically open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 5 pm - except for University holidays. ISS can assist students with immigration, academic help and objectives, advice on housing, financial, and legal matters and intercultural exchange opportunities. If you are an international student with questions for International Student Services, you can email [email protected], contact our advisors during virtual advising at case.edu/iss from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday or come for in-person walk-in advising from 1:00 - 3:00 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
