As part of our 2025 Achievement Week observance, the Brothers of the Kappa Rho Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. had the honor of worshipping with our very own Bro. Rev. John T. McCoy, Pastor of Evening Light Holiness Church, as they celebrated 101 years during their Homecoming Service.

Bro. Rev. McCoy delivered a powerful and uplifting word that fed our souls and reminded us of the strength we share when faith and brotherhood unite. The fellowship with the Evening Light family was warm, genuine, and truly unforgettable.

We, the Brothers of Kappa Rho, are grateful for the opportunity to celebrate this historic milestone with such a loving congregation. Congratulations again to Evening Light Holiness Church on 101 years of impactful ministry—may God continue to bless and expand your work in the Kingdom!

Achievement Week 2025 Kickoff! ⚡️

The Kappa Rho Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. started off Achievement Week ‘25 in true Omega spirit — by uplifting and serving our community!

This morning, our Brothers read to the students and provided breakfast for the amazing Faculty and Staff of Tar Heel School (Dr. Vanessa Ruffin; Bladen County), Rose Hill-Magnolia Elementary (Mr. Carey Powers; Duplin County), and Roseboro Elementary (Bro. Dr. Eric Bradley; Sampson County).

We recognize and appreciate the dedication, patience, and passion these educators bring every single day to prepare our youth for the future. Their hard work shapes the next generation of leaders, and today, we simply wanted to say THANK YOU!

Service is the rent we pay for the space we occupy — and we’re proud to keep giving back to those who give so much to our communities. 💪🏾
