House viewings can also be set by appointment only by contacting Brian Johnson at (563) 249-8990.

It is the responsibility of each bidder to conduct any and all inspections of the property prior to bidding. The house has already been inspected and a copy of the report will be made available upon request. Sealed bids, proof of financing or available cash funds, and $1,000 earnest money in cash, or certified or cashier’s check must be submitted to the Clinton Administration Center, 1401 12th Ave N. by the due date. Contingent offers will not be accepted. Clinton Schools reserve the right to reject all bids. The earnest money will be refunded on any rejected bids. Closing shall take place within 30 days after acceptance of the offer and approval by the Clinton School Board.

At EICC, we're proud to offer hands-on learning experiences that prepare our students for successful careers. Students gain hands-on experience in basic architecture, construction, and engineering, culminating in the construction of a brand-new single-family home. The home is nearly complete, with only minor yard work remaining, and stands as a testament to the students' dedication and skill.

Join us in celebrating the incredible efforts of our students and instructor as they build not just houses, but futures! Attend our Open House on Thursday, April 24, from 4 to 7 p.m., at 600 River King Road and the house for yourself!
