We received a couple of cans of Lavazza espresso as another gift from our visitors. They are incredibly generous, and I have to say that while we had to bust out the refillable Illy iperEspresso to go in the old X1, the coffee is delicious.

Today marks the first day of lung cancer awareness month.
While I was very aware of lung cancer before, I had no idea it had a month.
I think we need a lung cancer awareness month awareness month.
Anyway it's the leading cause of cancer death worldwide, and it's a worthwhile cause to donate to.

Pronouns are important, but only to the subject.
Pronouns are shorthand to the user, and as such a user may feel reluctance to use them consciously.
If a subject hasn't told someone what their preferred pronoun is, then a pronoun isn't important to use at all. You can use a name.
If a user wants a pronoun to use, then an easy way for them to remember to be gender neutral is to think of the subject as a brand that they own.
They/Them/Their is a simple, and inclusive way to be respectful of a marginalized group.
Pronoun users should try to normalize the inclusive pronouns rather than always thinking of subjects of pronouns as more than one person.
