The North Idaho College Theatre Department and the University of Idaho are teaming up to bring “Every Brilliant Thing” to the Schuler Performing Arts Center for the first time.

The play takes on serious topics like depression and mental health through a story that is also funny, hopeful and deeply human.

Performances are Sept. 17 and 18 at 7 p.m., and admission is free. See the post below for details and ticket information.

Today, Sept. 8, is the last day to drop full-term classes and receive a 100% refund.

Sometimes plans change. Whether it’s work, family, finances or simply realizing a class isn’t the right fit this semester, there are many reasons a student may need to adjust their schedule.

Before dropping a class, talk with your advisor and check with the Financial Aid Office if you receive financial aid. Dropping a class can sometimes affect your financial aid, so it’s important to understand your options before making a decision.

If dropping a class is the right choice for you, be sure to do so by the end of today.

North Idaho College will be closed Monday, Sept. 7, in observance of Labor Day.

Labor Day recognizes the contributions of workers across our communities, and North Idaho College is proud to support the education and workforce training that helps prepare the next generation.

Regular business hours will resume Tuesday, Sept. 8.

The numbers are in: NIC enrollment is UP 6.2% this fall!

That makes seven semesters in a row that enrollment at North Idaho College has grown.

From making it easier to apply and register for classes to working with local employers to prepare students for jobs right here in North Idaho, NIC has been working to give students more support from day one. New programs like the NIC Guarantee also give eligible graduates extra career support if they don’t find a job in their field within six months of graduating.

NIC was bursting with color today!

Runners, walkers, families, and friends filled the course with energy as clouds of color flew, music blasted, and smiles beamed around every corner. Thank you to everyone who joined the fun and helped turn the NIC Color Fun Run into such an unforgettable celebration.
