Today, the program remains home to the longest continuous herd of American Quarter Horses on any college campus in the world.

Focused on producing elite performance horses with top working cow horse, cutting, reining, and ranch bloodlines, the program gives students hands-on experience in breeding, management, training, and marketing. The horses offered today have been raised and handled daily within the program, representing generations of thoughtful breeding, quality care, and real-world education.
