Student Research Week - Texas A&M University Formed in 1994 as a one-day poster event, Student Research Week (SRW) 2022 celebrates its 28th annual research extravaganza.

"Bridging Disciplines, Engaging with Others"

Volunteer - Present - Attend

SRW is a week long research event that welcomes all TAMU students and local community to get involved! Each year SRW allows hundreds of students from both the graduate and undergraduate levels to present their research in form of oral or poster presentation. Not only does it showcase student research at Texas A&M, SRW hono

rs excellence in research giving a huge value booster to a student's career. SRW here at Texas A&M is the largest single-university student-run research symposium in the nation. SRW is one of the primary events held by the Graduate and Professional Student Government (GPSG) in conjunction with the Office of Graduate Studies, Vice President for Research, Department of Student Life, and Undergraduate Programs & Academic Services, academic colleges, administrators, faculty, and staff. SRW is planned and organized by undergraduate and graduate students alike, thus making this event a unique student initiative. SRW events include expert panels, resource tables, presentations by industrial partners, research symposiums, and keynote addresses from esteemed speakers. In addition to these sessions, every student has the opportunity to volunteer during the week and support their peers by attending any of the poster or oral-presentation sessions. Graduate students that volunteer to serve as judges gain immensely from this valuable experience.
