Welcome back, everyone!! Attached is the group fitness schedule for block 5--we're missing a few of our teachers this block, so the Sunday PM and Friday AM classes have been cut until further notice. Classes will start tomorrow (Monday) with Brian's 5:30 PM class--there will be NO SUNRISE YOGA tomorrow morning. See you all soon!

Hi all! In light of illness of subs and Jackson's absence, the 7:15am class tomorrow will be canceled. We hope you all are staying warm and grounded in all the snow and wind. Classes will resume Thursday evening :)

ATTENTION YOGIS: There is a very good chance that we will have to cancel 5:15 yoga this evening, we will keep you posted if we can find someone to cover the class. So sorry for the inconvenience. On another note, Hannah Fleming is teaching at the yoga nest in manitou at 6:00pm, so you can get your yoga fix there!

Happy 8th block errybody!! Here's the group fitness schedule with one minor correction--Dom will be teaching Wednesday evenings at 5:15, NOT in the morning, and there will be NO Wednesday am yoga. Hope to see y'all soon!
