The Tour de SHIELD616 is about so much more than miles ridden on a bike. It’s about remembering the heroes who gave everything in the line of duty and making sure their sacrifice is never forgotten. 💙

On the back of every jersey is the name of 46 fallen first responders we ride to honor this year. Every rider. Every volunteer. Every mile. Every climb. Every moment of exhaustion is carried with purpose because these names represent fathers, mothers, sons, daughters, friends, and heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice.
This ride is our way of saying: we remember you. Your service mattered. Your life mattered. And your legacy will continue to live on through every mile of the Tour de SHIELD616.

Thank you for supporting this mission and helping us honor the fallen while protecting those still serving today. 🙏🚴‍♂️

Today marks 10 years since UCCS Police Officer Garrett Swasey heroically responded to an active shooter situation at Planned Parenthood. Officer Swasey was killed in the line of duty as he was trying to protect our community from a horrific gunman. He will always be remembered for his courage and sacrifice. We miss you!!
