with Madison Tingley, Chi’s Vice President of Risk Management ✨💐

“VP of Risk Management is a role with a lot of responsibility but a lot of room for self discovery and growth. As VP of Risk Management, I am in charge of safety at social events, the Wellness Board, the Sustainability Chair, and the Sober Monitor Coordinator. I work with everyone in these roles to plan wellness events every month, complete a green initiative to keep our green chapter status, make sure there are enough safety monitors and supplies at every event, and meet with members one on one who are experiencing mental health struggles. This role has been challenging at times, but I have learned so much about leadership and managing many different tasks at once. This experience has allowed me to take full advantage of membership in Phi Mu by allowing me to meet so many new people and being able to give back to all of my sisters.”

with Hanna Perry, Chi’s Vice President of Belonging 🫂💖

“Hi! I’m Hanna Perry, the Vice President of Belonging for Phi Mu Chi Chapter. My role is centered around making sure every sister feels heard, seen, valued, and supported within our chapter. What makes this position so meaningful to me is knowing that I can be someone others turn to when they need encouragement or simply someone to listen. This role has also helped me grow into the kind of person I want to be by teaching me the importance of compassion and connection. I have learned that even the smallest acts of kindness can make a lasting difference in someone’s life. Serving in this position has made my experience in Phi Mu incredibly rewarding because it has allowed me to form deeper connections with sisters I may not have otherwise known as well. It has also given me a stronger sense of purpose within our chapter because I know I am contributing to something meaningful. Being Vice President of Belonging has shown me how powerful it can be to create an environment where everyone truly feels like they belong.”

“I’m so grateful that Phi Mu brought me this amazing Pham. From my g-big to my littles, every one of these remarkable people have supported me and encouraged me to do my best while being the best version of myself. I don’t think I’d be where I am today without them.” -Anna Riley PC ‘24

“My favorite phamily memory is getting dinner after big little reveal every year and getting to know and love all of the new additions! This Pham has been there for me through everything and given me the confidence I needed to branch out and get involved in our chapter. Through Pham dinners, game nights, ice cream runs, crafting and more, I know these girls will remain friends long after our time in Phi Mu ends! I can’t wait to welcome new GG littles to our Pham next year so they can feel the love and connection that I have gained!!” -Lindsay Ortell PC ‘23
