Financial Literacy
The Financial Literacy Program provides workshops, seminars, and resources for students with the purpose of improving their understanding of financial concepts and services. Consultations are available to students to help understand budgeting, credit, debt, identity theft, and financial goal setting. Transfer & Veteran Services

l and integrated partnerships, we provide our students supplemental academic advising and academic & engagement coaching, student engagement opportunities, and information on vital campus resources that are instrumental to their success. Supplemental Instruction (SI)
SI provides peer-facilitated study sessions for students enrolled in traditionally challenging first and second year courses. Qualified and trained undergraduate SI leaders facilitate sessions and attend classes with students. They encourage students to practice and discuss course concepts in sessions. Writing Consultations
Writing consultations offer one-on-one assistance to students with their writing projects. Faculty/Student Interaction
The Out-to-Lunch program gives students the opportunity to invite their professors to a free lunch, encouraging interaction between faculty and students outside of the classroom.

Programs & Initiatives Include: Peer Tutoring

Our Peer Tutors are undergraduate students who have excelled in the course they tutor. They have been trained to facilitate discussions on course content and to guide undergraduate students at UofSC as they improve their academic habit
