What an incredible day at the 21st Annual Tomato Festival! 🍅Thank you to everyone who attended, volunteered and helped make this beloved tradition a success. From tasting more than 200 varieties of tomatoes to learning from experts and students, the festival showcased the best of Missouri agriculture and community spirit.

Flutter on over to the 9th annual Butterfly Festival at MU Jefferson Farm and Garden today until 2 p.m. This free, family-friendly event offers butterfly house tours, fun activities for the kids, food trucks, plant sales and advice from MU Extension master gardeners, education and more! 🦋

The butterflies are so excited to see you all! 🦋 The 9th Annual Butterfly Festival at Jefferson Farm and Garden kicks off tomorrow, June 13, at 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. — see everyone there!

The mulch is laid for the tomatoes, tomatillos and peppers for planting next week. The Tomato Festival will be on August 27th from 4-7:00 PM.

We got the plastic mulch laid for the Tomato Festival tomatoes, tomatillos and peppers for this years Tomato Festival on August 27th at MU Jefferson Farm and Garden. We will plant 240 varieties of tomatoes, 10 varieties of tomatilloes including ground cherry and 88 varieties of peppers including some of the world's hottest.
