Last night, at the Dawn Staley Champions Fund event, CarolinaLIFE had the great privilege of being honored alongside three remarkable educational initiatives: the Gamecock Guarantee, the Richard T. Greener Scholarship, and the Women’s Basketball Leadership Fund.

Coach Dawn Staley is not only a champion on the court, she is also a champion for educational opportunity for all off the court as well.

Two CarolinaLIFE students had the opportunity to attend and hear Coach Staley share her life experiences, while Dean Tommy Hodges of the College of Education spoke about CarolinaLIFE and the meaningful impact of inclusion.

The Lantern Hotel also served as one of the evening’s sponsors, helping bring awareness to the importance of inclusive hiring practices.

It was a remarkable evening, and we are incredibly grateful for the opportunity. Thank you, Coach Staley, for your support of CarolinaLIFE!

Required materials include:
• Most recent IEP
• Psychoeducational evaluation completed within the last three years
• Three completed reference forms

Applications that are incomplete after the September 4 deadline will be moved to our next application wave.
