USC Indian Cultural Exchange - ICE The Indian Cultural Exchange (also known as ICE) is a student organization at the University of South Carolina. Founded in 1998, I.C.E. VENMO:

strives to spread interest in Indian culture through service, cultural, and social activities. It seeks to reach out to students of various backgrounds and create an appreciation of the Indian culture. This group is to inform students of upcoming meetings, events, and parties for the school year. With the support of students and the surrounding community, we can make ICE a success.
