The Columbia College Dance Company (CCDC) is the “hub” of the Department of Dance, providing a vehicle for community building and the development of leadership, artistry, and dance production skills. Happy 2026 Arts Advocacy Day from the SC State House! Dr. Rouse and Professor Ling met up with CC dance students at the Arts Day rally for some lovely performances. ✨

The day was filled with meetings with senators and networking with other local arts agencies to encourage stakeholders to invest in the arts! We encourage you to reach out to your local legislators to thank them for supporting the arts and share why this type of investment matters in our community!✌🏾
