USC National Fellowships We are on the third floor of DeSaussure on UofSC's Horseshoe and are available for national fellowships advising and programic needs for our Top Scholars.

We are the home base for national fellowship competitions and Carolina, McNair, Stamps, 1801, and Horseshoe Scholars at USC's Columbia campus. We are on the third floor of DeSaussure College on the historic Horseshoe and are available for national fellowships advising, as well as programmatic needs or questions for our Scholar Programs.
