Captain Generals, Officers and Sir Knights of the subordinate commanderies owing allegiance to the Ohio
Prince Hall Grand Commandery of Knights Templar.
Greetings:
RE: Convening of the 154TH Annual Grand Conclave
Pursuant to the Statutes and Regulations of the Ohio Prince Hall Grand Commandery of Knights Templar
and by the power and authority vested in me as the Right Eminent Grand Commander of the said Order,
I do hereby Proclaim, that the convening of the 154th Annual Grand Conclave of the Ohio Prince Hall
Grand Commandery of Knights Templar and the 42nd Annual Grand Conclave of the David V. Moore
Grand Guild, Heroines of Templar Crusades, State of Ohio, PHA; for all Knights Templar Commanderies
and all Guilds owing allegiance to the afore mentioned bodies will be held, July 17th, 2026 through July
19th , 2026.
SUMMONS
I do hereby summon All Grand Commandery Officers Elected and Appointed, All Past Right Eminent
Grand Commanders, All Past Eminent Commanders, All Eminent Commanders, All Generalissimos, All
Captain Generals and All other officers and Sir Knights owing allegiance to this Magnanimous Order to
convene with me to transact and dispatch all business that may regularly come before our Order.
I do further Direct that all subordinate commanderies are to be present and the 3 Principal Elected Officers
of each Commandery, (Eminent Commander, Generalissimo, Captain General,), are to be pre-registered
and in attendance. No proxies will be allowed unless the registration for the absent officer is paid in full.
Commanderies that are delinquent with their taxes will also forfeit their voting rights. Please adhere to
this Directive and govern yourselves accordingly.
The 154th Annual Grand Conclave will be held at the Embassy Suites Blue Ash, (4554 Lake Forest Dr,

Special room rates are $139.00 plus tax per night. Please use a major credit card to guarantee your room
and rate. Deadline for room reservations under the special pricing is July 1, 2026. The check-in time is
3:00pm. Please reserve rooms early!
ANNUAL CONCLAVE
Advance Member Registration is $70.00 per Sir Knight. NO ONSITE REGRISTRATIONS
Deadline for Advanced Registration is Midnight on June 30th, 2026.
Late Registration will be $85 From July 1st – July 14th
