Unfortunately, today at Ohio State, we had to put into place our Active Shooter protocols. Everyone at the Veterinary College is o.k and the incident occurred close to the Blackwell Hotel which some of you may remember if you visited Ohio State back in 2006 for NAVCA. We are sending wishes to those injured and ask you do the same. I would urge all of you to be prepared and have your communications and actions plans ready - to students, clients, and faculty and staff. We will be reviewing our plans as we did find we could improve on several areas. Stay safe and be prepared!
