The SigEp brothers put in work for Pack Shack last week!

Every year, we partner with Ohio State Student Life to pack meals for those in need through the Be Kind Food Packing Project. Our role is to act as pacesetters and keep the stations full, and keep the energy high!

This year we helped pack 325,000 meals!

The Range of Men We Are.

There’s no single path to becoming a successful man.

For some, it’s earning a spot in PT school.
For others, it’s pursuing the highest levels of bodybuilding while building a production company in college.
For others, it’s taking an idea and turning it into a successful business.

Different goals. Different passions. Different paths.

But one thing stays the same: we don’t have to pursue them alone.

Christian, Isaac, and Mike have each built success in completely different ways, but behind each of them is a brotherhood that pushes, supports, and believes in them along the way.
