From the 2022 Candy Land themed Bid Day to Preference Round of Recruitment 2025, the journey has been nothing short of incredible, and it’s all thanks to the strong, inspiring seniors who have led the way. As we reflected together during today’s ceremony, we celebrate not just the sisterhood we’ve built, but the seniors who’ve paved the path for us all. Their love for Kappa Delta, their guidance, and their unwavering support have shaped this chapter into something truly special. Claire Erben shares her unique experience at Kappa Delta:
“Kappa Delta has taught me some of life’s most important lessons. I’ve learned to laugh at myself, embrace risks, and always be there for my friends. I’ve discovered the value of putting others first and that laughter truly is the best medicine. Even in the toughest times, I’ve realized that there’s always someone there to lift you up. It’s the people around you who make all the difference.
The personalities here are unlike anything I’ve ever encountered. The way we turn a challenging day into a great one, how we find joy in the small moments— it’s something truly special. These memories, these laughs, will stay with me always.
And now, the hardest part: saying goodbye to Kappa Delta and the incredible friends I’ve made along the way. It’s impossible to fully express how much this chapter has meant to me and how difficult it is to leave. To walk away from these memories, these friendships, this sisterhood. Kappa Delta, you’ve made me a better person, and I am so grateful to have been a part of something so meaningful and hard to let go of.
Thank you for the best three years I could’ve ever asked for.”
