The English Language Institute at Columbus State University offers beginning to advanced English learning classes, as well as English for Specific Purposes, which provides English learning related to specific business, military, or organizational needs. The English Language Institute (ELI) was established by Columbus State University in 2002 to provide English as a Second Language (ESL) instructio

n for international students and other residents of the Columbus, Georgia and Chattahoochee Valley region.
