Please join me in congratulating Dustin Leasure on the completion of his MLT Capstone project! Mr. Leasure applied his deep knowledge of AI and workplace learning to design an AI agent that can support employees with "just-in-time" learning needs. He overcame some pretty significant challenges to complete this project, too!

Having Dustin in my classes and as one of my advisees over the past couple of years has helped me to not only move past my skepticism about AI, but also pushed me toward becoming a power user. I'll be designing my first AI agent very soon due to Dustin's encouragement! Thank you, Dustin, for being a mutual growth partner! -Dr. Tray
