Building on Ohio’s Instructional Coaching for Literacy course, this advanced learning experience deepens your understanding of Ohio’s Coaching Model and strengthens your ability to support high‑quality, evidence‑aligned literacy instruction within an MTSS framework. Grounded in the Science of Reading and aligned with Ohio’s Plan to Raise Literacy Achievement, this masterclass focuses on real coaching work—what coaches actually do in schools.

💡 What you’ll experience:
Advanced coaching moves that lead to instructional change
Data‑informed decision‑making to support teachers and systems
Deeper application of universal, targeted, and intensive coaching supports.

Modeling, case studies, simulated coaching cycles, and personalized feedback.

Guidance from two highly experienced instructional coach trainers with expertise in adult learning and literacy leadership.

7 Wednesday sessions | 9:00–11:00 AM

Participants must complete the ODEW Literacy Coaching modules independently prior to the weekly sessions.
