Alpha Zeta Partners is a Professional Honorary Fraternity in The College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences. We pride ourselves among four pillars of excellence that denote what we do as an organization. Alpha Zeta Partners allows us to build partnerships that create ties across the nation and around the world which represents the pillar of Fellowship. AZP encourages its members to
engage others in the leadership effort, thus representing the pillar of Leadership. The pillar of Scholarship is upheld by gaining knowledge and experience through working with others. AZP serves and collaborates with our communities for a brighter future. Each year, 20 students are chosen from a selective application and screening process that we believe to be the college's most promising and vibrant students. They will participate in three leadership seminars and a six-week study abroad to explore personal leadership capacities, diversity and pluralism, organizational change, and issues of national and international significance. Alpha Zeta Partners also organizes and participates in various service projects including volunteering at St. John’s Community Kitchen, working the CFAES Career Expos, participating in Ohio State’s English Conversation Partner’s program, and conducting “Supply Nights,” where we have gathered to assemble school supplies for elementary children and care packages for the troops overseas.
