**Calling recent OSU HESA master’s graduates to participate in a research study about the leadership educator preparation course**
**Help spread the word to MA graduates from the classes of 2019 and 2020 (by reposting or sending information to cohortmates)**
Call for Participants:
You are invited to participate in a research study about the ways you have applied the concepts from the leadership educators preparation course you took.
In order to participate, you should:
be a currently enrolled student or a graduate of the HESA master’s program
have completed the ESHESA 7518 course in Fall 2017 or Fall 2018
identify as student affairs practitioners who engages in leadership education, which includes working directly with students (e.g., advising or supervising)
feel comfortable talking about their philosophies and perspectives on leadership in higher education

What is required for participation is two one-on-one interviews, each lasting approximately 60-90 minutes, as well as a focus group.
