Meet Megan Argabright, one of five agricultural professionals in AgOne Cohort 6. Megan combines her creativity and passion for agriculture every day in her role as a Marketing Specialist for Stratovation Group, a research, consulting, and advertising firm that specializes in supporting farmers and agricultural companies.

Alongside her fellow cohorts, Megan will spend the next12 months strengthening her leadership capabilities to make a greater impact on Ohio’s agriculture industry. This year's cohort kicked off their first AgOne session in September.

"After just one session, I can already tell that AgOne will be transformational when it comes to growing both personally and professionally," Megan said. "It has created a space for me to really challenge myself, reflect on my goals, and be intentional about the kind of leader I want to become in agriculture."

🗓️ Applying Your Personality Type to Build Your Leadership Skills will use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator to help you understand your natural strengths and potential areas for growth. This workshop will be held over Zoom on Thursday, October 15.

🗓️ Leading Multiple Generations will examine the unique characteristics, strengths and values of each generation in our modern workforce. This workshop will be held in person on Tuesday, October 20.

🗓️ Communication and Conflict Management will teach you how to approach conflict even how to turn it into an opportunity to strengthen your team. This workshop will be held over Zoom on Thursday, October 22.
