Dear FixMyRacquet Customers,

We want to let you know that FixMyRacquet will be temporarily suspending repair operations from March 1, 2026 through September 1, 2026.

During this time,​ all racquets that are in-house and enroute will be completed along with racquets that are already in route.

You are welcome to ship your racquet(s) to us while we are closed.

Important Information:

If they do get shipped to our Comfort, TX address, they will be forwarded to us, so no worries there.

• All repairs will begin on September 1 and will be processed in the exact order received, based on delivery date.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out via text message. Response times may be slower than usual, but we will do our best to get back to you.

FixMyRacquet Update: Travel Notice, a Small Ask and What’s Ahead

Temporary Shutdown: May 12 – June 1

We’ll be out of the area between May 12th and June 1st for some much-needed rest and travel, and to catch up on all the holidays and special occasions we missed during this busy repair season.

During this time: We will still be accepting broken racquets, so please send them on in. Repair work will start when we return.

All racquets currently in-house will either be completed and shipped before we leave or they will be with us on our trip and will be repaired along the way, completed and shipped. So, yes, we will still be working a little for you.

As most of you know, we’ve recently settled into our new home base in Comfort, Texas in the beautiful Hill Country, and we’re excited about the future! While we won’t be hitting the road just yet, we plan to start full-time RV travel within the next couple of years. When that time comes, we’ll look forward to visiting your state, meeting some of you in person, and even collecting broken frames for repair as we travel. Or come visit us here in Comfort!

Small Ask: Please Hold Off on Status Inquiries

To help us stay focused on your repairs, we kindly ask that you avoid emailing for repair status updates. Here’s how we keep you informed:

You’ll receive an email when your racquet arrives, including the next steps. Then you’ll receive an invoice when your repair is almost complete.

If you haven’t received an invoice yet, your racquet isn’t quite ready—but we’re working on it!

We spend a lot of time responding to status inquiries, and every minute spent answering emails is time we’re not receiving, repairing, invoicing, or shipping your racquets. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get your repairs done as quickly as possible with the heavy volume that we have been experiencing.

We’re Working Hard Around the Clock!

We’re very focused on returning to our 10–17 business day turnaround time and can’t thank you enough for your continued trust and support. We’re looking forward to what lays ahead for FixMyRacquet, including full-time travel in the future and all the exciting adventures it brings, especially meeting our customers in person!

We love the Country living after moving from the city!! The skies are bluer, the clouds are whiter, the stars are endless, the sunrises and sunsets are more intense! The pups are in Heaven being able to swim in the Guadalupe River and run the trails. No traffic, no crime, everybody knows everybody and they have your back.

During this time, we will focus on catching up from our summer relocation and carrying out critical equipment upgrades to enhance our services.

Please rest assured that all racquets currently in our possession are being processed as usual and will be completed.

We will continue to accept new racquets for repair. These will be processed in the order they are received once operations resume.

This change is part of our new chapter in life as we are moving down to the beautiful Hill Country of Texas from the Austin/Round Rock area. Please update your records and send all future shipments to this new address.

Important Notice: If shipments are sent to our old address of 3357 Rod Carew Drive, Round Rock 78665 after the effective date, there may be delays in the turnaround time but we will still receive your racquets. To avoid any inconvenience, please ensure that you use our new address for all future shipments.
