East Texas A&M University Planetarium

East Texas A&M University Planetarium The ETAMU Planetarium is located in the McFarland Science Building and open to the public for shows.

For more than 20 years, the planetarium has served as a gateway to science and discovery for thousands of visitors each year across Northeast Texas. The Texas A&M University-Commerce is proud to announce the re-opening of its state-of-the-art planetarium. The planetarium has a 40-foot dome and a Digistar 7 all digital projection system which fills the dome with sights and sounds beyond imagination

. The planetarium' s newly remodeled 81 reclining seats provide an amazing and comfortable atmosphere to dazzle your senses.

Join us tomorrow night, Friday, September 4, for two journeys through the universe! 🚀✨

🌌 7:00 p.m. — DarkStar Adventure
This is your FINAL chance to see DarkStar Adventure! Join Subrah and her robot helper, Sweeps, on an exciting voyage featuring supernovae, nebulae, pulsars, black holes, and a cosmic mystery leading to planet Bekenal.

🌠 8:00 p.m. — Passport to the Universe
Narrated by Tom Hanks, travel from Earth to the farthest reaches of the cosmos on a breathtaking exploration of our place in the universe.

🎟️ Admission: $5 per person, per show
🎫 Ticket office opens at 6:30 p.m.
💺 Seating is limited to 81 guests
📅 Reservations recommended! Reservations are accepted until noon Friday, and walk-ins are welcome while seats remain.
