11,100 students. 125 high schools. $15 million in projected savings for NH families.

NHTI-Concord's Community College paramedic students were recently tested on a life-saving skill and were given only 90 seconds to save a life!

Paramedics are in high demand across the Granite State, and graduates of NHTI’s prestigious healthcare programs achieve a 100% employment rate. Read the story in comments.

14 Franklin High School students completed an Early Childhood Education certificate through Lakes Region Community College while still in high school, at no cost to them.

As student Payton Cloutier said, "It's an honor to be able to walk at the LRCC graduation because you know that you've earned something that you can use in the future."

It started three years ago as a response to a workforce shortage in Early Childhood Education. Today, it's a full academic partnership, and Franklin students have earned nearly 400 college credits this year alone. That's what happens when a high school and a community college decide to work together.

Congratulations to all 14 graduates. We can't wait to see where you go next.

This May, our colleges will graduate 347 nursing students. The most in over a decade, and that matters right now. The Granite State is projected to face a shortage of more than 1,300 LPNs by 2030 alone.

Chancellor Mark Rubinstein put it simply: "Nurses are the cornerstone of our healthcare system, and we are fortunate to have exceptional nurse educators across our seven colleges..."

Big news for workforce development in New Hampshire!

Along with Lakes Region Community College, we've been awarded a Training for Residential Energy Contractors (TREC) grant to help meet growing demand for skilled energy workers across the state.

LRCC will lead the training effort in coordination with Everblue to support the rollout of NH's Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates (HEAR) program, which is expected to continue through 2029. Both the grant and contract were approved by the NH Executive Council & Governor Kelly Ayotte.

This is workforce development meeting the moment. Building the skilled trades pipeline New Hampshire needs for a cleaner, more energy-efficient future.
