Cloud County Community College will be closed for Christmas break from December 23, through January 3, 2025. No classes will be held, and business offices will be closed.
We will reopen for business on Monday, January 6.
Spring 2025 classes begin on January 15, and there's still time to enroll! Contact the Admissions team at [email protected] to get started today!

Today, November 8th, is National First-Generation Celebration Day!

What is a first-generation student? The US Department of Education defines a first-generation college student as someone whose parents did not complete a bachelor's degree.
In 1965, the DoE signed the Higher Education Act, which aimed to increase postsecondary access and success for students, particularly first-generation students, and helped usher in programs like the Federal TRIO Program and the Federal Pell Grant program.

The Cloud TRIO program asked some of their students what it means to them to be first-generation, why they decided to be the first, what barriers they experience, and what advice they have to those considering college.

If you are first-generation and considering going to college, the Cloud TRIO program is here for YOU!

October 7-9, 2024 Kansas residents can apply to any Kansas college or university without paying an application fee. Cloud doesn't have an application fee, but if you're planning to transfer within the next year, apply October 7-9!
